world4europe: ethical and professional standards

The following ethical and professional standards apply to world4europe, its partner agencies, and recruitment partners in countries of origin:

Every skilled worker is a person with individual hopes, needs, and rights. The dignity of each individual must be respected and protected at all times.

We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, coercion, intimidation, or economic exploitation. Fees for applicants are strictly prohibited. Recruitment is free of charge for candidates.

All participants in the process are fully informed about their rights, responsibilities, and procedures — in a language they understand and with written documentation.

Recruitment is based solely on professional suitability, qualifications, and motivation. Placements are never made for political, ethnic, or economic gain.

Candidates receive comprehensive preparation regarding language, culture, and working conditions. Employers are actively supported in fulfilling their responsibilities for integration.

Personal data is handled with the utmost care and used exclusively for its intended purpose. Our data protection practices meet current EU standards.

All parties are committed to reliably following the agreed processes. Even after successful placement, we remain available as a point of contact for both candidates and employers.

world4europe and its partners act in a spirit of cooperation, fairness, and mutual respect — both in the country of origin and the destination country.

With these values and this code of conduct, we establish a solid foundation for responsible recruitment and integration of international professionals in Europe — in line with a future-proof, ethically sound, and human-centered approach to recruitment.

Compliance with these values and with the code of conduct is not just a voluntary commitment — it is a binding requirement for collaboration with all partner agencies, recruiters, and companies involved.
Trust and discretion are essential pillars of our success.
We work exclusively with state-authorized agencies in each country of origin. In addition, World4Europe maintains ongoing, close cooperation with the relevant authorities in the destination country to ensure lawful, transparent, and high-quality processes at all times.
Only by doing so can we together create a safe, fair, and sustainable migration environment — for the benefit of all parties involved.
